 Steel mesh reinforcement  is netted welded steel reinforcement product. The longitudinal and transverse reinforcing steel bar is arranged with a certain distance at right angles to each other.

Features:

It has a strong and firm body, can bear the high pressure from the concrete and exterior. The reinforcing mesh can save much man-haur, reduce the material cost in the process.

This can prevent the emergence and development of concrete cracks. Concrete surface cracks can be reduced about 75% if reinforcing mesh is installed on pavement, terrace and floor.

2.Types of the  Steel mesh reinforcement :

 (1).Rectangular Welded Mesh with wires crossed in a form of a rectangle, and longitudinal wire as the supporting one;

 (2).Square opening welded Steel mesh reinforcement with wires crossed in a form of a square, and both longitudinal and transversal wires as supporting ones;

(3). Steel mesh reinforcement can all be used in concrete reinforcing. Concrete is one of the more common materials used in the construction of commercial buildings. Its properties make concrete an excellent choice for steel structures, cladding systems and floor slabs on grade.

 Although concrete is an excellent building material and is extremely strong in compression, it has one limitation - concrete is weak in tension. By combining concrete with material that is strong in tension, we can create a composite that greatly reinforced.

(4).Concrete Steel mesh reinforcement consists of pieces of wire or rebar welded together to form a grid pattern. The size of the grid pattern is typically 4-inch-by-4-inch up to 8-inch-by-8-inch. This type of reinforcement is used to minimize shrinkage cracking in the surface of the concrete.
